      Great employees throughout the Network. Hands down, best CEO of any company in Indiana.

      Slow to adapt to the wants and needs of younger business professionals; workplace layout, work from home, etc.

      They offer OJT, continuous education, volunteer opportunities, healthcare benefits, and continuing education scholarships. Management generally cares about employees, and doesn't pressure you to pick up extra hours [if you like and cherish your free time].

      Cons

      The pay is generally close to the average/ lower. No room for growth beyond getting more education [which is understandable]. High turnover in certain departments.
