Pros
Great people to work with. Outstanding teamwork to get the job done in the practices in our region pulling. Network investment in employee development is good.
Cons
There is a disconnect between the resources needed to care for the patients in the ambulatory areas and getting the approval to hire help in those practices. Some indivuduals influencing position approvals do not work in practices or deal with understaffed medical offices.
