      Not valued as member of HR - management doesn't know what employee actually does. Favoritism plays a part in satisfaction and expected to work long, hard hours as a member of the HR Dept.

      This company cares about its employees. There are great incentives, benefits, and above average pay.

      Cons

      Nurse to patient ratio is tough. Also some doctors are very arrogant and difficult to talk to making it hard to advocate for your patient.

      Offered flexible environment to operate my business. Regularly trained employees in the skills needed to be successful. Treated with respect throughout the organization.

      Job security was always an issue which is mainly due to the nature of healthcare. Was not given all the resources needed to be successful.
