      *excellent training program for new grads *competitive pay offered *best staff I have ever worked with Only reason I am not a current employee is due to family relocating.

      Cons

      Not many cons that I can think of, as I have worked at places that were horrible. There is typical drama and problems that may happen on the units, as you would experience at any job.

      Doctors very approachable. Work with great people with much experience. Appreciative patients. Weekends and holidays off. Days go very fast.

      Very fast paced. Clickish.
