      Set my own schedule, co-workers are wonderful, patients are wonderful.

      Cons

      They do not care about employees no matter how long you have worked there, non-benefited employees do not receive raises, do not help their injured employees.

      The people that work here with me are supportive and extremely friendly! My department is very team-oriented as well as other departments across our network.

      Cons

      I feel like I am being underpaid at times for the amount of work I am doing in my department. Sometimes my department director has no idea what she is doing at times.
