Business Outlook
Pros
Like everywhere else, there is a lot of change. Leadership has a vision and communicates it well across the organization. Much effort to align goals which will improve consistency and increase potential to achieve lofty goals. Excellent working environment. Management in my area is best I've ever had in a long nursing career.
Cons
Having worked other places, I think I'm working in a great place. Can't think f any big cons that don't also exist elsewhere.
