      Pros

      Great benefits, pay and supportive management. Enjoyed orientation process with a great group of nurses and preceptors. Wonderful group of employee's in Community Home Health Network.

      No cons so far. Everyone has been very helpful from the IT people to the management. I am very happy I choose Community Home Health Network !

      Pros

      No weekends, minimal call, no holidays.

      Cons

      Very little teamwork between departments. Frequent issues with lateral violence and bullying with management often times being the culprit. Frequent inappropriate cases performed for an ambulatory surgery center (unsafe conditions).

      There are some phenomenal people with phenomenal talent that work here.

      Cons

      Management does not allow individuals to work to their potential Slow at making decisions Make decisions based on bottom line and not patients or employee wellness Ask for employee feedback but do not do anything with it Do not practice what they preach Management cannot have difficult conversations when needed
