      Always have the ability to grow and change positions within the company. Lots of professional training opportunities like six sigma, PM, Disc, leadership classes, etc.

      Too many layers of leadership - too many bosses, not enough workers to get things done. Too many initiatives and lacking strategic Network focus and decision-making.
