Community Health Network (Indiana) reviews

PTO and Holiday Pay all one bank. Hard to use time off, 4 months of the year not allowed to take PTO. Small pay increases. No room to move up.

Low pay Lack of communication company wide Unless you work at a Hospital you are just a number No appreciation other than the occasional sack lunch or sticker Overbooked and overstressed Moving up is impossible the tests are not applicable to everyday job responsibilities...imagine working on one field specialty and being tested on a different area altogether
