Pros

Great people to work with. Outstanding teamwork to get the job done in the practices in our region pulling. Network investment in employee development is good.

Cons

There is a disconnect between the resources needed to care for the patients in the ambulatory areas and getting the approval to hire help in those practices. Some indivuduals influencing position approvals do not work in practices or deal with understaffed medical offices.

Pros

Self scheduling as long as you meet your FTE, PTO, hourly increase on weekends and holidays, night shift differential, team work, fun co workers

Cons

Sometimes scheduling gets messed up and lack of communication throughout the unit, not everyone is there for the same reason

Flexible work schedule and relaxed environment. Work from home option. Progressive Healthcare and innovation encouraged

Cons

Slightly lower industry pay. Lower organizational and strategic alignment across the company. New integration of systems in 2015 / 2016 means a lot of confusion but a lot of opportunity as well.
