I work at a off site facility through Community and not all offices should have to stay open until 5.

Far too many finance “leaders” in title only. No room for growth and the pay scale doesn’t go very far. Insurance coverage is ridiculously insufficient, but they love to tell you how they’re above average. If you end up with a poor finance leader (and there are quite a few), work life balance goes right out the window.
