Pros

Love this Network! Growing fast in the right direction. Awesome culture. Leadership is genuine and acts with integrity. Shift differentials are great, by far best in area. Night shift is base+$4.25 after 11p. Weekends are additional 20% of base. Match up to 6% on 401k. My unit is well staffed. Cannot speak for all units, but mine is well staffed.

Cons

-Not for me, but some like to work where there are lots of extra shifts to pick up. We are well staffed so there aren't a ton. -Pay strictly based on experience, not education. -Low number of certified RNs, low number of RNs with Masters---- I doubt any bedside RNs with MSN. Do not get paid for higher degrees, no incentive for current staff and a deterrent for those with higher degrees. -Community pays sign on bonuses instead of retention bonuses to RN. Most nurses who get bonus only stay for minimum contract requirement.

Cons

Not paid fairly...6 years of experience and found out someone with only 1 year of experience made $.75 more an hour...?
