Always short staffed, schedule comes out the day before the month it is due (always a problem with the schedule), not flexible on hours (other hospitals offer 12 hour shifts) and expect you to work 7-sometimes 12 days in a row, poor communication between management and staff, changed uniforms 4 times in the couple of years I have been here.

The bad management isolated to specific areas. The inability for higher management to recognize issues that are apparent through high turn over and negative employee survey results.
