My schedule as it is only 3 days/wk and I make my own schedule, have yet to take a single day of vacation in 2 years and take a week off every single month.

Cons

Pay (was denied compensation for previous degree and work experience when I was promised it when I started,) conservative values (towards LGBT and minorities), medical benefits, non supportive management (as I was hurt at work and didn't get much support from management at all. I missed over four months of work and had surgery.)

New electronic systems caused unit secretaries to be fired and the higher ups do not care that it is impossible to run a unit without the secretaries
