Business Outlook
Pros
Good infrastructure and technology available to staff. Really glad they had Epic, even if it's a lower tier version of it. Good security and support.
Cons
Fresno patient population -- they're just terrible. Whether it's the accumulation of Greyhound therapy or a combination of regional health risks and socioeconomic storms, they are by far the most difficult population I have had to care for.
