Level 1 trauma center experience, coworkers are great, part time, per diem positions available, always work available

Cons

Very busy hospital in all areas, can be stressful in critical care areas but great doctors, pay is not enough for the amount of work we do

You can try a few different things and get interesting projects, and they used to heavily support training and going to conferences.

Cons

Micro-managing, fear-based culture where perfection is expected and conformity is celebrated. Diversity at the top is lacking, especially diversity of thought. There is no opportunity to increase pay based on great work.
