Not many hospitals in Ca hire lvn’s I really liked my time here with them. Med Surg is a great place to learn hands on .

Cons

It wasn’t much of a con , but the NOC shift can be brutal if you’re not used to it

Loved the nursing staff and the work I did.

Cons

Protects upper administration over lower ranking staff. HR is not helpful, allows personal feelings to dictate their help or lack there of. Is out of touch with beside care and hands down orders that make nursing staffs work harder. Does not appreciate their longtime staff.
