It is a fairly stable environment. people tend to stay at community health systems for long time. associates stay on average 3 to 5 years at a sr Director or vp level. very reputable place. people are treated fairly. most managers are approachable and great leaders. most associates move on to higher and better positions when they leave CHS.
Cons
Too many projects and not enough time for optimization and maintenance. could use some integration.
