      Pros

      Good People to work with.

      Cons

      Slow days. Not too much flexible scheduling. Raises are few and far between. Raises aren't significant. Not much upward movement.

      Good co-workers but top leaders dont listen to engineers

      Pros

      Pay can be good depending on who hires you. You will be able to learn a lot as there are a lot of different things going on withing the company if you are willing to learn that is.

      Cons

      A good amount of people are getting paid under or at the national minimum for their jobs. Higher ups in company do not seem to really listen to engineers as many basic needs for a network are severely lacking when it comes to managing them, monitoring them and getting support. No real vision as to where the company wants to go or how to manage a way to get to where they are trying to go, mainly because of issue with higher ups hampering a lot of projects. Too many Chiefs thorught all of CHS way to little actual technicians, engineers etc.

      Lack of support to bring in top talent and pay average wages to keep top talent.
