Pros

They have an awesome work life balance and a very aggressive bonus incentive package. With a wealth of career opportunities for uniquely skilled employees.

Cons

Because the department was initially a Pilot and is still fairly new(2years), more contract management staff is greatly needed. Although the bonus structure is phenomenal, the base salary package for the position must greatly be restructured due to the additional skill set that is necessary to perform the job. That is the downside of being a Pilot department without a cohesive plan for review, and possible salary restructure after a set period of time in which the department has been operational.

Cons

Corporate is strict. if you fail to have good reviews or cannot make goal in collections you risk losing your job. Even if your customer service is great.

Nice, hard working Co-workers! Flexible time off. Finally got non-insulting raises that reflect modern day.

Cons

Expensive Benefits- 40.00 co pay? Ouch. Working for a huge medical Corp. yet few perks when it comes to benefits?! No incentives! None. Frozen turkey once a year. Lame. Sad. Pathetic.
