      Pros

      Community Medical prides itself on being the most toxic workplace imaginable. This at least allows good employees to burn out and move to new things.

      Cons

      Management across the board, the former CEO of the organization made 1.5 million in 2022. So do you trust them to actually not be scumbags and work you into the ground all for the new "vision" of the corrupt Board or do you trust what is real?
