      Good pay, but horrible support

      Pros

      Compensation for provider is good, as long as you are able to see 20-30 patients a day outpatient. I have more than enough of a patient panel to get the 30 every day.

      Cons

      I have had every coworker quit in the last 5 years. Being the most senior in the office, and still have to every new employee that there is no help coming. Despite having 30+ patients a day, I have ONE medical assistant. Patients absolutely hate not getting answers to requests (many would even be happy with a call telling them "no")

      Remote, not stressful, work load consistent daily.

      Not a ton of PTO but when you have it you can use it with no issues

      The health insurance benefit is decent.

      Cons

      PTO benefits are rough, pay is roughly 10% lower than neighboring facilities, and budget comes before patients every time.
