Pros

You accumulate PTO time & sick time every pay period. Manager is flexible when you need a day off. Hours are decent. Not too much to complain about.

Cons

Pay seems low compared to other places. Insurance deductibles are expensive. You have to pay for an office visit in the office you work in.

Pros

Decent pay for the work involved. Plenty of overtime to be had, if you want it. They seem to be under new management since I left, so maybe things have gotten better...

Cons

Glorified babysitter. I personally referred a highly qualified candidate to apply, but they were denied employment due to having a tattoo. You apparently cannot work with people who have drug/ alcohol problems if you have tattoos or piercings of any kind.
