Smaller hospital where it's great to know everyone in every department. Everyone works together as a team and strives to provide quality care to patients

Cons

The pay is less than other hospitals. Combining sick time along with vacation time would benefit the employees who never call in. Many of us are maxed out on sick time that we have quit accruing or lose if we leave.
