It's great to work in the rural hospital setting, the staff that I work with is a close group, we work hard, and have fun. It is a fast paced environment.com

Cons

Being a registered nurse along the wasatch front is challenging, the market is saturated, the compensation is low.

Lot of layoffs in the past three years. Postponed vacations to employees but the directors still where able to have vacation time.
