      Pros

      Good base pay, great insurance. Hospitals are all part of a hospital corperation so transferring around the US is relatively simple and encouraged.

      Cons

      Very small facilities, for profit so they are really worried about the bottom line and will cut time and supplies availability to meet budget.

      Pros

      You get a lot of holidays off and casual attire is permitted Monday through Friday. Great company to work for.

      Cons

      Working in a shared service center is not ideal. If you can get to corporate, it is a completely different environment, for the better! This is comparable to a call center and has very high turnaround and A LOT of micro-managing.
