Pay is generally less across the board than for the same positions at other companies. Those who cross train into higher paying positions usually don't get paid market value for that position.

Corporate office.. Upper mgt lies. Cep lives in dark ages. No capris, dress sandals. Very strict dress code. Many little pid underpaid. Treats regular employees at hospitala terrible while huge bonuses to executives. Patient reviews don't matter, all for profit. Not a friendly place. Very liberal minded, dark ages. Treated as robot. Will overwork for nothing.
