Pay is terrible for all levels within the department except maybe the director. No bonuses or incentives no matter how much money was collected even when employees beat yearly goals. Stressful. Very stressful environment, long hours. Poor employee moral High turnover rate Heavy workloads Management wouldn’t hold employees accountable just to keep warm bodies

Community is growing and they are going through some growing pains. Upper management is clueless and leadership needs to be improved. Pay is less than great. Cannot keep doctors.

They do train you very well and make sure that you know what you’re doing and their are a lot of ongoing training courses you can sign up for. We do get bonuses Quarterly if we either match or go over our set goals.. which can be quite nice! My Dept has pot lucks occasionally and we all work together as a team.

Cons

The “policy” rules have gotten a bit ridiculous and unfortunately have caused a lot of employees to leave. Like if you have a doctors appointment, you bring in a note AND make up your time- it’s still counted against you which can cause you to be written up or even terminated. Also, I’ve gained quite a bit of unwanted weight since working here.. good food, but oh my.. my pants aren’t happy!!
