Do your research!! This company is in the the middle of a very serious financial crisis. This is not a result of bad luck or the economy, a quick Google search will reveal that their situation It is the result of poor business decisions and even worse, sadly antiquated management practices and attitudes. Like any company, some areas are better than others. The areas I had experience in were filled with managers who looked to cover up and hide problems or issues instead of actively exploring options to improve workflow, Senior management had little to no interest in improving employee satisfaction or balancing work volume. The attitude seems to be, do your job and be happy you have one. Senior management seems to think morale will fix itself, maybe a potluck (only if employees supply the food) or two once a year will help...it does not. If you want to work for a progressive company where employee's are as important as making a buck, someplace where you can grow in your career, look elsewhere. This company is not for you.

Inexperienced leadership. Favorites are promoted while hard workers are passed over numerous times. Leadership doesn't follow guidelines set forth for non leadership workers. Leadership talks about teamwork but only recognizes favorites that usually haven't done much work. Cannot trust leadership.
