Lacks management structure and direction from leadership. Expectation is to work all the time and no need for work life balance.

Underqualified people are hired, but are not given adequate training. The department I worked in would change the accounts of the failing workers and give them to the qualified workers. So the relationships never develop between the home office and the hospital, clinic or lab. Once the accounts were cleaned up they went right back to lesser skilled workers.
