The company has Good benefits

Cons

Poor management as the center managers and executive team change policies so often they don’t know what to follow, high turnover as the pay does not match the expectations and high stress environment. The company doesn’t care about employee high workload or stress levels as they are replaceable and it is run like a for profit program under non profit status.

Company vehicle on hand for employees if you should need one. State rate in mileage reimbursement. Company cellphone provided for work use. Bonuses and raises available on merit. Continuing education also provided.

Cons

The communication is lacking sometimes.
