Short staff due to poor quality of hiring. Gives too many chances to bad employees making the good ones frustrated and over worked leading to them resigning

Management is not for you at all. They say that they want to help create an environment that helps. They collect all the data from employees and never do anything with it. They are very unfair, When I left they failed to pay me for the first two weeks that was held in the rears and after working for two years I was refused my accrued time. They are constantly changing the rules to benefit them. They only care about the money but don't really care for the individuals.
