The management doesn’t care about safety

Spending time with the individuals you support. And providing them with high vibrations and helping them be assertive and productive.

Cons

Management does not care about safety of individuals supported nor employees they don’t do enough to ensure safety in the homes. My manager also tried to do me dirty with my PTO said I left the job on bad terms so they didn’t want to pay me my PTO that I earned. He claimed that I just never returned to work. Meanwhile I had text messages and emails as proof that I sent to all my managers and the executive director stating my resignation.
