      Pros

      Community Systems is an excellent company that offers many benefits that like organizations don't. Such as in your first year you get 164 hours of earned leave (4 Weeks), they have a tuition reimbursement plan, they have a long time valued employee bonus paid annually, they have a sign on bonus paid after 90 days, they have an annual bonus, they offer a significant HRA benefit that covers out of pocket medical costs, I could go on and on. One of the most important points is that management of CSI truly support the mission and the well being of the people we support!

      Cons

      Its sometimes a lot of work, however the benefit of knowing you are helping a person to achieve true happiness out weights this con.
