      Lots of benefits, bonuses that increase every year, rewarding experiences, vacation time that increase every year, easy workload

      Cons

      Not alot of room for advancement, low pay, staff that can be incompetent, highly stressful clients, unnecessary documentation

      had a good job living with clients giving a a positive help to people in need! it helped me with good hourly pay.

      Cons

      some clients will take kindness for weakness. some managers are crazy too.
