HR is a nightmare (not the recruiting manager, she is the best) Complaints may be dismissed Pay is mediocre They will ask you to do work and expect it out of you, but no pay raise

Executive staff, especially the executive director does not support its staff! During covid, Managers, Assistant managers, and dsp gave up their personal lives and never saw their own families to keep those supported safe. Managers on salary got nothing for working 24/7 over 90 hours every week. While office staff got to work from their own homes, Direct staff had zero help with staff shortages! Staff work endlessly to provide opportunities in the community while office shut down the day program so over a hundred people supported have to stay home and fill their days with over worked staff not trained to provide a day of activities yet mandated to do so! Executive director refuses to fill the gaps in opportunities by seeking the easy way out of every issue! In the last year, more threats to write ups and disciplinary action then solutions and incentives! So much distance in the reality of taking proper care of those we support and those at the office. Direct staff have no support and feel alienated.
