Really bad hours. Exhausting workload. Excessive use of pulling Video Tapes of either Driving or Passenger interactions and using it to discipline you. No Security while banned Drug addicts continue to ride while they tell you to continue to drive with the troubled individual. They tolerate any behavior from Passengers such as violence, and violation of civil rights while continuing to let them ride even if they have repeated their acts more than a dozen times. Management and Supervision talks crap about certain people, and there's a lot of snitching by your fellow Drivers. The other Drivers have nothing else to do but to spread rumors about one or another. It's worse than High School. Drivers have been known commit suicide (100% truth) from the stress of the job. The other departments don't communicate effectively so everyone suffers. Bad equipment, poor routing and scheduling, poor operating procedures. CEO randomly terminated a lot of long term employees due to his own political ideology.

Has a new CEO who creates a hostile work place. It is a union job, but union seems week and is not getting any stronger. Jab mandated due to the controlling CEO. No exceptions!
