Pros

Get to work with the public, good pay, good benefits, my team of coworkers are like family and treat each other with respect. I feel like my input is heard and matters for the most part.

Cons

Can be high stress and communication between departments is often a pain in the a** especially with Transportation, often condescending and dismissive.

my manager was able to get away with workplace harassment don't dare cross them because the only answer is to leave upper managment doesn't care if they like that mid-level guy

Good training. paid training. They pay for YOUR cdl license. Company promotes to mgt/ supervisor level from within. Decent pay w/ regular raises. Good medical benefits. Pension camaraderie among drivers coaches w/ ac and heat...

Cons

EARLY to start, late to get home make for latch-key school kids. Split shifts,up to 5 hours, starting out the first several years (5+).
