Pros

Organization seems friendly. FT Transit Operators are offered fixed routes.

Cons

Lousy medical benefits, prescription drug plan for Uniform Medical Plan provides 50% coverage for brand name drugs, but even generic drugs can be very high. The worst Rx coverage I have ever seen in any plan. Work for King County or another Transit Agency.

Pros

The benefits are amazing including paid time off. This attracts some great people to the company but many do not stay. I recommend but it really depends on the department, some are more dysfunctional than others.

Cons

There is something wrong with the executive leadership team. Lots of dysfunction and infighting for power. CEO seems unaware of issues with direct reports.

Cons

Everyone is overloaded with work so onboarding and training is insufficient. I have seen three people fired because they just didn't pick up their job fast enough. Ethics are very questionable around there.
