• Retention has continuously been an issue within the org and while it had been acknowledged, there were no concrete plans to solve for the fact that people were leaving the company weekly
• Leadership has a heavy background in working with more established companies and therefore seems ill-equipped to create a solid and executable company vision and product strategy
