Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback. We recognize that we have a lot of opportunities to improve communicating our evolving product and strategic direction to employees. We move quickly, and often there are market or customer forces that necessitate pivots within our priorities, but we've frequently received similar feedback that we don't do a good enough job articulating the reason behind these types of decisions to employees.
