      Pros

      1) Good ideas are always encouraged and you get time to work on it 2) Great timeoff/leave policy

      Cons

      1) You'll always feel the need for 26hr in a days and 33 days in a month 2) VERY VERY centralized(read one man) decision making.

      Pros

      Overall CommVault Systems is a good place to work. You will learn a lot about current and important technologies in the marketplace. Also, for the tri-state area there are not a lot of companies in this market that offer this type of work environment. Management is understanding of personal life issues and are willing to work with employees in such scenarios to help the employee in their time of need. There's a laid back and casual environment to work in.

      Cons

      Internally there's not a great process for promotion and growth in your position.
