Rampant Racial Discrimination: Most of senior management is sales-driven and biased towards people of Western origin, even though they ll proclaim to be progressive in their outlook. It's remote work culture but seems the Directors involve themselves zero for growing young management. Lack of career growth for young managers; zero camaraderie or even peer learning. Indians are seen as work slaves who are only fit to do back office operations and not lead from the front. The entire organization looks down upon Indians even though the CEO is a person of Indian Origin.
