      Pros

      Flexibility is a key part of the culture here, and is supported from the top down. Great go to market strategy and positioning, especially with our new approach to cyber resilience. Supportive work environment and room to grow/develop.

      Cons

      With any company that is not gathering as much in-person anymore, sometimes you miss seeing people in an office daily. However, this is just a reality of hybrid working, and I appreciate everything Commvault's done to help facilitate connections in a remote/hybrid world.

      Pros

      1). Freedom to design and implementing software engineering. 2). Matured team members and team collaborations 3). good salary 4). awesome benefits 5). Possesses world class product

      Cons

      1). Poor in Accounting and recognizing engineering talents. 2). they tell that, do your job and discharge your duties, CVLT will take care of you. But it is a lie. apart from your work you need to do some politics to be recognized. 3). because of it's underrated situation in the market it has to retain it's stock price by cutting expenses. so it is laying off employees every year. it loses employment reputation.
