      Pros

      Commvault is a great place to work. We can balance our work load. Time off policy is great if we use in good manner. Benefits purely depends on our performance. We will definitely recognized if we perform well.

      Cons

      Compensation is good, no other comments. Office culture getting better.

      Pros

      CommVault is an excellent place to work. Management has your back and they are always open to any questions you may have. It is a growing company and opportunities within the company are plentiful. CommVault leadership has the customer experience as a priority and that trickles down to all employees which is part of what makes the company such a great one for employees and customers.

      Cons

      Management needs to ensure they are in unison and continue to work together for the common goal, which is to never stop improving.
