      Pros

      The best product by far in the industry, complete in vision and the execution is second to none.

      Cons

      Management do not care about your career progression, UK operates "Let's not rock the boat" policy when asked for a well deserved raise or promotion. Because the product is great it is masking the teams inability to sell solutions, customers buy based on word of mouth or Gartner's MQ leader status.

      Pay is good, as are benefits

      Cons

      Really toxic culture. Lots of pressure, lots of talented people being made redundant or pushed out in recent months. Nobody feels safe. Zero work/life balance. Too many senior directors, not enough people doing the work.
