Product generally works fine Excellent Customer support Good work life balance Most of the team good competent people

In APAC, the power broker is a long term employee promoted way above their level of competence, capability and business professionalism - toxic cronyism at its best

Thank you for your feedback. Our team is indeed full of highly competent, professional and collaborative individuals and we encourage internal moves and promotions. While I can't speak to your experience in past years, I can say that since joining a little over a year ago, sales in Commvault ANZ has been reinvigorated, as illustrated by our high growth and very low attrition. Having said that, we do take your feedback very seriously and will look into this in more detail. Dan Kieran, Area Vice President A/NZ Thank you for your feedback. Good place to learn but bad place to work

Pros

Good work quality and steep learning curve is the only good thing.

Cons

Poor Compensation, bonuses and appraisals Poor Senior Management ( They even monitor internet usage to the extent that if for doing your work in case you end up using mere 500MB of data, you can get a mail from IDC director to justify your internet usage. ) Forget work life balance. Senior Management doesn't care about employees. Unfair promotions (bonuses, increments) Complete dependency of work on US counterparts which leads to having to work during odd hours. Commvault India used to be a good workplace but it's now becoming a company not worth working for.
