      Pros

      1. Very good work life balance 2. Great things to lean on system programming front 3. Very good mentorship from Managers and senior engineers.

      Cons

      1. Old technology stack. most code in C++. Will not get exposure to newer technologies. 2. Compensation less than other competitors and other companies at similiar level. 3. Stock is not performing well so stock component of compensation has reduced.

      Great product, strong Gartner reviews, local marketing engaged

      Cons

      APAC leadership is too political (read old timers in Australia) and indecisive (the newbies in Singapore)...to the point of being invisible...we are losing talent due to constant changes and lack of clarity

      Compensation packet is good. Relaxed atmosphere, reasonable targets.

      Cons

      Company and product is not evolving. Lots of product quality issues affects business. Senior management makes decisions in full shuffle manner - they "do something", always fail, always late on the market with fresh ideas. No real career path AT ALL.
