Great company to work for, chance to grow, learn and take charge. Perks and travel. Friendly staff all over, feels like family. Very good pay

Cons

Growth hits a top roof and then you're stuck. Move on. No faulting the perks.. well except the Private Insurance company are useless Most of the friendly staff members have resigned due to management Makes you try and achieve ridiculous targets, when you can't you get pushed out.

You are just a number culture. Personal preferences play a crucial role in your career development (don't mistake it with performance - this is irrelevant). Lower level management run the business cowboy style.

- Customer focused - Good product - Free coffee/tea/fruits - Nice building - Appropriate salaries

Cons

- poor work climate and culture combined with a tense atmosphere; no work life balance; Any error is blown out of proportion; Bad work balance and people are overloaded; Constant fear of job loss no possibility of career advancement; one is kept in the dark like mushrooms; - Inadequate training - no praise and very poor appraisals; hire and fire (revolving doors); HR refuses to take any responsibilities and doesn't keep promises; no benefits - high turnover of staff - poor management giving conflicting information and new rules/regluations on a daily basis
