      Was on the up... but then leadership changes again

      Pros

      Small team great comraderie and awesome tech stack.

      Cons

      CV needs to have faith in the team that runs it and give it time. Just when the team is starting to gel, leadership changes again. And the whole "this is the most important quarter of your life" tag line has to go. As much as the numbers are important, underneath all that you need to take care of the people.
